Esprit Creative is a collaborative creative practice led by Dee Sali — built around connection, clarity, and intention.
I partner with brands as a creative producer, project manager, and creative lead, helping bring ideas into focus and guide them through thoughtful, well-run execution. My role is to listen closely, see the full picture, and build the right plan — and the right team — for each project.
With experience spanning fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wholesale, and DTC, I understand both the creative and operational sides of brand building. Esprit exists to support work that feels aligned, intentional, and genuinely collaborative — where process matters as much as the final result.
How I Work
I work as a creative partner — not a vendor. My process starts with listening and clarity. I help define what matters most, what’s realistic, and what will actually move the work forward. From there, I build a clear plan and assemble the right creative team for the scope.
I lead production with strong organization, steady communication, and respect for everyone involved, ensuring projects stay focused, efficient, and well executed. I’m best suited for collaborative projects where care, intention, and trust are part of the process.
